I began writing and editing when my husband and I started farming in a cabin in the Nile Delta. Decades later, we live on the edge of the Sahara Desert, just a few minutes from the Giza Pyramids, and have a desert farm for fruit and a nursery for landscape gardening.
In addition to writing and editing, I previously worked as a teacher, specialising in developing literacy skills for pupils who sometimes found reading tough.
Now I write full-time, create educational materials and have begun publishing my books and educational resources. Author of enchanting children’s fiction full of humour and magic.
